We utilize about 30 major trucking companies such as UPS Freight, USF, and such that we have negotiated tariffs with. The advantage to them is that we provide them with about 3.2 million a month in freight which makes our discounts extremely competitive and allows a huge savings for our customers. An advantage to your company is time and costs. Our system will take about 10 seconds to get a quote so the sales team would be able to talk with a client on the phone while they pull up the rate and add it to the cost of the product for shipping. It will take them a total of about 2 minutes to quote, schedule, make the BOL without ever having to call the carriers. You will also make money on the shipping by marking up the rates and adding to your revenue. We also handle all claims. My question is; Who would I be able to talk to that is in charge of your shipping that I will be able to get set up with a login and password so they can compare rates with what has already been shipped? Or could you have some of the recent invoices that show zip codes and weights along with costs and I will go through them and write my costs next to what was paid out and you and I will handle this to determine if our system will be utilized by your company? There is no cost for our services. We get paid by a percentage of the cost of the shipments so it is important to us to have the best rates available.
