Inquiry (采购产品): Hole Plug I need a part (preferably metal) to permanently plug a counterbore hole .186 +.006 diameter and .080 deep in die-cast aluminum. The plug needs to hold against a 100 pound force in the disassembly direction. We are currently plugging this hole at the rate of 3000 pcs per day by crimping the die cast alum over a steel disc. Sometimes the stake breaks since the material can be somewhat brittle and the disc comes out. This is a high production part for the military.
