High and low point book compartment temperature controller 2. Digital temperature sensor that measures temperature of 12 locations 3. Refrigeration and defrost cycle controller 4. Time delay switch to automatically turn on compartment and/or evaporator fans after defrost cycles 5. Electrical rheostat to adjust temperature of door/frame heaters 6. Variable speed switches for adjusting speeds of front and back compartment fans 7. Low temperature (0 F) limit switch to protect compartment fan motors 8. Maximum temperature (about 60 F) limit "Defrost Heater" switch with manual reset 9. Defrost Termination Switch activates automatically at preset temperature 10. Compartment high-temperature sensor, turns on buzzer alarm, flashing light, and evaporator fans if preset maximum temperature is exceeded An electrical lead is provided to connect the BDIE to its 208-240 volt power supply point. The Control Panel is bolted to the Hussmann Freezer at top and bottom so the assembly can be moved as one unit.
