Inquiry (采购产品): Plastic Certificate Frames Dear Sir or Madam, Our Student Affairs office at West Chester University is looking for about 70 cheap, plastic-framed certificate frames so that we can give out awards to students. No glass, but clear plastic is fine, cardboard backed. We are looking for a good price. So far we have a quote from another Company for $3.00 each - 8 1/2 X 11. Can you beat this price?
