Inquiry (采购产品): 450 TR Packaged Refrigeration System Dear Sirs, We Kuwait Paraxylene Production Company based in Kuwait, have recently started operation of Aromatics Plant to produce Paraxylene as Benzene as the main products. For one of our by-products, viz. Light Naphtha, we are interested in hiring a 450 TR Packaged Refrigeration System including a chiller for about three to six months operation period starting from February 3rd week. Chiller in the packaged unit will substitute the function of existing chiller. We understand that your company is engaged in providing such services and consider that you might be interested in providing this service. A process specifications of the chiller is enclosed with this. As may be seen from the specification, the chiller will be used to cool-down 265,143 lb/hr of Light Naphtha from 122 to 86 deg F. Operating pressure will be in the range of 25 psig. Further details are given in the attached datasheet. Tonnage capacity mentioned above is approximate. Package selection will be have sufficient allowance to achieve required Light Naphtha outlet temperature. Although there is no particular process related requirement about the cooling medium, it is expected that it will be environment friendly. The chiller will be used in Mina Abdullah Refinery preferably adjacent to existing chiller. A plot plan showing the existing chiller is enclosed with this. Supplier will ensure that the equipment is suitable for installation in a Class 1 Group D Division 2 area in accordance with NFPA/NEC. In case the equipment is not complying with this classification, supplier is advised to visit the site to determine the location. Scope of piping will be based on the location. In terms of utilities at site, water and Nitrogen are available. There is no power in the vicinity and therefore Diesel operated refrigeration unit is required.
