Inquiry (采购产品): problem with frame I bought two frames from your company around a year ago. They are 10x20 frames. Last night I woke up the this loud loud sound of glass breaking. The glass from one of the frames shot out from the frame and exploded the frame is still hanging on the wall just it ejected the glass and my picture. The glass broke into big scary peices a couple inches away from my husbands head and a couple of feet from my dogs. It could have been a disaster. They are front loading wall frame for horizontal or vertical display bar code 44021 12477.
