Inquiry (采购产品): Injection Molded Polycarbonate I have recently invented a new drive-over tire repair tool that utilizes a polycarbonate base member/handle due to it's impact resistance and flexibility. The base member is curved and tapered like a leaf spring from a truck measuring approximately 12 inches in length with a 3 inch high curve from the center of the spring to the end. Each base member will require approximately 3 ounces of resin. I am being vague because it is still under an engineers care right now and the details will be modified. I am hoping to keep this in the U.S. so please email me if you have interest in producing this component so we can speak in more detail as the product is prepared for manufacturing this year. I will also need a manufacturer for the steel components as well so please advise if that will be a possibility since that would certainly simplify things for me.
