Request for Quotation for Air Blower KW-0.75 (1HP) Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Quotation for Air Blower KW-0.75 (1HP) Subject: Request for Quotation for Air Blower KW-0.75 (1HP) Dear Sirs, Please find herewith enclosed list of items(Annexure A) required by us. Please arrange to send your Performa Invoice (offer) per return mail along with /literature/catalogue, etc. in English Language giving the below details: 1- Price & Delivery basis : CIF Nhava sheva port, INDIA basis. However for fragile items and/or items weighing about 150 Kgs offer should be given on CIP Mumbai Air Port basis. However, Insurance Certificate shall be required on warehouse to warehouse basis. 2-Payment : 100% payment on CASH AGAINST DOCUMENTS against presentation of your original commercial invoice, shipping documents, etc. directly (preferably) to Hindustan zinc Ltd. or to our bankers ICICI Bank Ltd., Free Press House, Nariman Point, Mumbai, INDIA. All Bank charges outside India shall be on beneficiary’s account. Or 100% through Letter of credit. 3-Delivery Period: Please indicate minimum delivery period. 4-Validity : Offer should be valid for a period of 60 days. 5-Country of Origin: Please inform. You shall be required to provide Chamber of Commerce(C.O.C.) Certificate along with dispatch documents for the same. 6-Commodity Code/BTN Classification: Please indicate Harmonized Code(HS)/Brussels Tariff Nomenclature (BTN) against each item. 7-Manufacturer’s Test Certificate , Drawing, Literature and Catalogue : You shall provide Manufacturer Test Certificate and relevant drawings/literature/ catalogue along with the dispatch documents. Drawing/literature/catalogue etc is also required along with your offer. Chemical composition Certificate in case of chemical shall be required. 8. Weight and Dimension : Please indicate the approximate total Gross Weight and Dimensions of the consignment 9-Beneficiary Full Name & Address. Please give full details. 10-Contact Person .: Please provide name of the Contact Person, Telephone Nos, Fax Nos, Mobile Nos., Email ID, etc. Contact details of the dispatching persons also in case it is different. 11- Phytosanitary certificate : As per CUSTOMS –Govt. of India –A phytosanitary certificate in respect of packing material (in case of wood packing) is required along with proper marking as per the Publication no.15 March’02 of Food and Agriculture Organisation, Rome2002. 12 Indian Agency Commission: No Indian Agent’s commission is payable.
