Small end .1875 dia. Uniform taper at .0245 inch per inch. LOC is 16” (ref .5795” dia at big end). 4. From there, shank is 1.5” long, 0.5” dia (= 17.5” OAL). 5. Shank has three flats, full length, .150” wide, 120-deg apart. 6. Three cutting edges based on a pattern of 6 straight flutes (i.e., the blank-back style). RHC. 7. Flutes .040” deep at tip (more?), uniformly increasing to .120” at butt. 8. Your standard margin. 9. Mark the shank with the taper rate and date of manufacture.
