Inquiry (采购产品): Air Cooled Heat Exchanger To Whom It May Concern, I am looking for an air-cooled heat exchanger. Can you provide a unit that would meet the attached specification? Please call me to confirm that you have received this information and are developing a response. Thank You, Kevin Berry Attachment below Draft Spec for Fin Fan Heat Exchanger Heat Load: 3.5 million BTU’s per hour Medium: Liquid NaK (sodium potassium liquid alloy). Some properties of liquid NaK are, Specific Gravity: Approximately 0.86 at 70-150°F Specific Heat: Approximately 0.232 Btu’s/lb-°F at 70-150°F Melting Temp: 9°F Boiling Temp: 1445°F Viscosity: 0.70 centipoise at 122°F Flow Rate: 300-500 gallons per minute (TBD) Inlet Temperature: 60-150°F Desired Outlet Temperature: 60-150°F Service: This is a re-circulating NaK system Acceptable Materials of Construction: NaK is a very reactive material and must be isolated from air and moisture. Steel, stainless steel, and inconel alloys are all compatible with NaK. All NaK wetted surfaces should be steel, stainless steel or inconel. - NO aluminum and NO teflon should come in contact with NaK - If an elastomer is required, EPDM rubber has been successfully used at low temperatures. Consult with Creative Engineers before specifying an elastomer. **** Hidden Message ***** Kevin Berry 10230 Grubbs Road Wexford, PA 17403 USA Company: Creative Engineers, Inc.
