Stretch Blow Moulding Machine capable of producing 8,000 - 10,000 bottles per hour PET bottles ranging from 230ml to 1 liter volume per bottle complete with bottle silo, bottle unscrambler and crystallizing process as optional. It can either be one stage or two stage process, depending on the availability. Include auxiliary equipment for preform and bottle making equipment. We are interested in used machines but it should not be more than ten years since year of manufacture and it can either be made by the following reputable manufacturers, KRONES, SIDEL and SIPA. 2. Bottle Filling Machine capable of filling 20,000 bottles per hour Pet bottles ranging from 230ml to liter volume per bottles complete with auxiliary equipment for pasteurization and cooling. We are looking at two options for the filling line, Aseptic or non-Aseptic Carbonated and Hot-filled. Filling temperature is 88-90 deg centigrade with UHT pasteurizing temperature for the hot filled. We are also interested in used equipment from KRONES, SIDEL, KHS and should not be more than 10 years in use from date of manufacture. 3. Bag-in-Box Filling line for 20-25 liter bladder pouch size capable of filling 1,000-1,500 liters per hour of syrup. The filling line is preferably aseptic. We will be using as standard Schule' bladder pouches with 30mm diameter pouches. 4. Form-Fill-Seal or Fill-Seal automatic Filling lines capable of filling from 100ml to 1 liter Stand Up Pouches (SUP) made from Aluminum laminates or plastic materials with capacity of 90-150 pouches per minute, cold-filled liquid complete with CIP(Clean-in-Place) line. Complete with auxiliary equipment and tankages. 5. Form-Fill-Seal Filling Equipment for powder products in sachets and pouches capable of filling from 2 gram stick sachets to 1,000 grams pouches made of aluminum laminates or vacuum metalized plastic materials. Capacity range from 90-150 packs per minute per machine. Complete with the corresponding V-blender for powder and feeder auxiliaries. 6.
