Inquiry (采购产品): RF Power Supplies Dear Sir or Madam: I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the division or person who could help me with a problem. We have 1989 vintage Huettinger supplies on a complicated Balzers sputtering machine. The Balzers control computer is breaking down and we need to separate the components. In order to do that, we need to know how to redo the interlocks on the power supplies. The manual lists them but doesn't tell us how to access them or whether they should be jumpered or opened or have a voltage applied.
