Inquiry (采购产品): import polyethylene high denisty Dear Sir We are "Conte Abu Elkheir" an Egyptian company, we exist in the Egyptian market since 1991; we have a business in the field of hemodialysis products since 2000. We construct our factory at "Borg El Arab" industrial city, near Alexandria. The factory was licensed as medical factory. At the beginning of 2001.we manufacture hemodialysis solution and it differs from protenial solution as hemodialysis does not deal with human body and does not deal with patient blood. It deals with kidney's patient by artificial kidney instrument. The base of our factory reaches about 4060 m; it contains the following production lines: * Production line for producing Acetate and Bicarbonate solution. * Line for dividing and packing Sodium Bicarbonate powder. * Line for producing Sodium Acetate Trihydrate * Production line for producing 20 liter of plastic cans for our dialysis solution. The percentage of consumption inside the Egyptian market goes 60% for Acetate formula and 40% goes for Bicarbonate formula, taking into consideration that the total market consumption of dialysis solution,3 million plastic cans of 20n liter volume each, besides packages of 500 g each and about 5 million bags. Our production line consists of 9 stainless steel tanks of 5m3 volume each for producing both "Acetate and Bicarbonate" formula. Also, we made extension to double the capacity of our dialysis, and reach a total number of 20 stainless steel tanks. Our production energy nowadays from hemodialysis "Acetate and Bicarbonate solutions" reaches about 20 thousand cans per month and 75 thousand bags. Note; that our factory is prepared to produce 100 thousand cans per month. NOW, we are asking to deal with you in the following materials: Poly Ethylene high density" which we use in manufacturing hemodialysis solution to be used inside our factory. Note; in the beginning of our business we dealt with European market, Indian market and local market in buying our products.
