Inquiry (采购产品): equipment selection Zambales Sulphiuric acid pumping PSI Perth is currently doing a desktop study on a sulphuric acid application (pipeline).The process conditions for this pipeline are as follows: Sulphiuric acid is to be pumped up from the power plant to the process plant, which approximately 600m higher and 2.5Km awy Pipeline design throughput: 150/200 t/h (nominal / maximum) Pipeline design flow rate: 84 / 111 m3/h (nominal/maximum) Design acid concentration (wt % volume): 98.5% Operating temperature: 25-30 deg. C (cold pumping is recommended) Ambient temperature: Max. 30 deg. C Pipeline length: 2.5 km Static head: 600 meters (108 bar) Discharge design pressure: 120 bar. SG: 1.8 Viscosity (cP): 20 at 30 deg. C The planning is to use as a minimum two pump stations, whereby the required pressure per station would be 60 bar. Would you be able to quote for VT (Goulds) pumps for this application. This pricing is for a desktop study and should therefore be rough budget pricing only.
