I can no longer find the supplier we once used to make our Brass 1-1/4 in round I.D. tags. I have faxed a sample of one of the last 'series' I have. Once you open it, please enlarge to 50% to see: 1-Name of Henrico Humane Society, 2- Phone No., and 3-Unique No. My previous supplier provided them in boxes of 200 ea for a min order of 1000.
