Inquiry (采购产品): sealing gaskets Hello, I am looking for a supplier of PPS Fortron sealing gaskets (see the drawing attached) for a battery crimp seal. The material should withstand for few years up to 10 years at the following conditions: 1) exposure to temperature in the range from -30deg.C (-40deg.C is preferred) up to 85deg.C 2) up to 100% humidity 3) contact with dimethyl carbonate 4) helium leakage test – lower than 1*10-9 within the specified temperature range Few years ago we tested Fortron 1115A9 with E-glass fiber and found it suitable for a similar purpose. Please look through the drawing attached and let me know: 1)Is it possible to produce the required parts? 2)What tolerances and dimensions should be changed for producibility? 3)Quote 200pcs. samples, 1000pcs., and 10000pcs. 4)Delivery time.
