Inquiry (采购产品): InkJet Printer Good Afternoon, I urgently need your assistance! Please let me know if you supply an inkjet printer which can print a data matrix onto a tin can (an intricate square design). I am working on a project with a packaging design company to develop an intricate design - (which is a 30mm x 30mm) onto tin cans. My cans are tin, and at a minimum of 37degree curves on the side. At the moment they are being printed in wet on wet print technique, which would be great, only thing is, we need to print a unique 30mm x 30mm design onto EACH can - or at least every 400 000 cans. Therefore we are looking at inkjet, which we are able to print on the side of the can, however the resolution needs to be more than 80dpi - more like minimum 128dpi ++ - the higher the better. We also looked at the laser CO2 etching/printing whereby the tin is etched, however it being a tin means it will rust. If we added a layer a varnish/paint then etched in that it could would, but apparently there is a cost issue. The production line is very fast – up to 500 tins per minute. Is there any possible way you can assist me?
