My designation in SNGPL is Engineer Transmission (Pipe Line Operation). SNGPL is the leading gas distribution company in Pakistan, including its Transmission and Distribution network system for supply of Natural Gas in the country’s Central and Northern areas. We are looking for special coatings, which can protect above ground pipeline structure from corrosion and pitting caused by condensation. This condensation occurs at the downside of our pressure regulating metering stations, currently we are using ordinary coatings which do not provide good anti corrosion results at a pressure of 50 – 800 psig and a temperature range of 0 – 50 C.
