Inquiry (采购产品): Acme screw and Ball screw - Request for quote * Application: Tractor lifts for disabled farmers and ranchers; the lift will give the disabled person access to a utility tractor and other farm/ranch equipment * WOULD LIKE 2 QUOTES: (1) Ball screw plus actuator (2) Lead screw plus actuator * Quantities: 1, 3, 5 (to be purchased by individual farmers/ranchers; this does not represent the overall market, but acknowledges what individual farmers/ranchers would be needing) * Static load capacity: 300 - 500 lbs vertically; Expect the ball screw (lead screw) to be at an angle (a 45-degree slide) meaning that the actual axial load that the ball screw (lead screw) will be lifting is likely to be 200 - 350 lbs * Dynamic load capacity: 100 lbs ( a guess) * Ball screw length (Lead screw length): 4 - 6 feet * Lift time: 1 - 5 minutes * Ball screw diameter (Lead screw diameter): to be determined by screw supplier. * Primary design goals (1) Minimize cost (2) Improve safety --- for whatever is offered, we need to claim that it is a "person-certified" lift.
