Inquiry (采购产品): vacuum brazing Dear Sir, We are looking at the vacuum brazing process to attach 0.25mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets to 3mm mild steel perforated plate. This gives the stainless mesh a lot more strength. The stainless plate is chemically perforated with 0.15mm holes giving an open area of 28%. The mild steel plate is perforated with 10mm diameter holes giving an open area of 33%. When the two plates are together, within the 10mm holes, the 0.15mm diameter holes to be free of braze. The size of both plates is equal. The sizes required are:- 1000mm x 600mm x 16 off One set One set 430 x 158mm x 4off 430 x 308mm x 4off 500 x 308mm x 1off Is this something your company could do?
