Inquiry (采购产品): data recovery My drive has stopped working. it was making loud noises and my computer would not recognize it. I though it might be the case or the connection, but when I took it to be serviced twice, they said that i would have to have the data recovered though a special service in a clean room because there was nothing that could be done to repair the drive. I have several questions. 1) I would like to know how much you charge for data recovery. i understand that you have to diagnosis it first but can i have a rough estimate. the drive is a 250 gig drive and is probably less than half full. 2) what steps do i have to take now? 3)how do I get it to you? 4) do you charge a pick up or mailing fee to send it or to have it returned? 5) is there a location here in florida near orlando or miami where I can just walk it in and drop it off or do i have to ship it? 6)how do i get the data back? 7) do i have to supply another blank drive? or dvds? 8) do you have a diagnostic fee? 9) what is your no recovery policy? 10) what is the actual turn around time once you receive the drive? 11) what are the payment options? do you have payment plans of any kind?
