My company manufactures finely detailed metal and plastic models for strategy games. Prior to painting, it is necessary to prime the model with a spray primer. The paints used to paint the models are water-based acrylics, and they are painted on by hand with a fine brush. One of our upcoming products is a PVC plastic model kit. Due to the nature of PVC plastic, we need to find a primer that will bond to the plastic. I would like get information and a quote for having a private label primer produced. Some specs about what we are looking for: Color: Flat black and flat white. Drying Time: 10-15 minutes dry to the touch (not tacky), complete setup within 24 hours. Size: 12 oz spray can. Label: The label would be printed in 4-color, we will supply the graphics. Quantity: We would initially require around 3000 cans of each color (I understand that this number may be subject to your minimum order quantity). It is important to note that the spray will need to be thin, so that the fine detail of the models is not obscured. I can provide samples of the PVC plastic and an off-the-shelf spray paint as an example that has similar properties to what we are looking for.
