Inquiry (采购产品): 5000 gallon sanitary tanks I represent U.S. Nonwovens, Brentwood, NY and we need (4) four sanitary like nominal 5,000 gallon product storage tanks. They will be used to store personal and household cleaning solutions for the manufacture of wet wipes. We need sanitary to reduce the amount of fluid required to CIP these vessels when we change products. The tanks need to be self draining and elevated sufficiently that we can place a nominal 5 gallon bucket under and drain heel volumes. We do not have a means of waste disposal so all waste materials will be off site processed or reused in lesser grade product lines. The height of the tank can not exceed 15' 6". This height is based on a tip up height limitation for a 10' diameter tank as the tanks will be located indoors. All connections can be 1.5 inches for bottom suction, top spray ball and top dip tube connection. Relief would be through an overflow connection sufficiently sized to convert overflow to a pressure / vacuum sanitary relief. Tanks can be sloped, cone, dished bottoms as long as we can sit them on a flat slab. Tank should be complete with spray ball. Location of connections is not critical as this is essentially a new plant. Manway shall be "flush" with wall for ease of CIP. Manway shall be minimum 20” with alternate quote for 24” welcomed. Materials of construction shall be minimum 304L. Although we do not use bleach we make disinfection wipes containing 1% +/- “quats.” We might rinse with ozonated water and / or use vapor hydrogen peroxide to control bacteria / spores / viruses between batches. We are looking for a degree of “wow” factor so exterior polish should be quoted as an option. Interior shall be minimum 240 grit. We welcome your advice on cost effective polishes. Interior and exterior surfaces shall be passivated. This will be atmospheric tanks but we welcome a quote adder for full vacuum design.
