Inquiry (采购产品): request for high temperarure vacuum valve Dear Sirs, Please send ASAP quotation for temperature and chemically resistant vacuum valves according to following data: - sizes: DN40 and DN63 (DN80) - operating temperature: 20...450 degC, - chemically resist: against phenol resin and its vapor at 450 degC, - vacuum level: 1x 10^-3 mbar, - inside leak rate: 1 x 10^-5 , - outside leak rate: 1 x 10^-7 , - drive: elekropneumatic with 5 bar air pressure, 24 VDC control voltage and close/open limit switches 24 VDC, NC operation - connections: flange or welded (as possible). Please add as option thermal insulation for valve with guaranteed outside temperature 50 degC and valve body heater for maintain 450 degC valve temperature.
