Inquiry (采购产品): parts Hello We build duck and goose calls. These products are produced through milling - CNC and conventional. Due to the economics of demand we would like to have calls built by injection molding. The material that the injected parts will be made of will be at least as important to us as the accuracy of original design and dimensional stability. We are looking for parts produced by injection molding from materials that will as closely perform as cast acrylic and or brass as possible. Our design is complete so we require no R&D and original parts or available for masters, We are looking at 2000 parts per year for a single item in out line. When we have gotten to our next goal we will havr at least products on line. Our first part will consist of a grooved half round 13/16" in diameter and 1.25" long AND a half round 13/16" in diameter 3/4" long ---- 500 of each minimum.
