Inquiry (采购产品): heat treating A11 blanks Greetings, I am searching for a vendor to heat treat one of our product blanks. The vendor we currently use only does this process one day each week. This causes us some serious delays, that is undesirable, and I was told to find another vendor within a reasonable distance. A two or three day turn around would be ideal. We are located in North Georgia, about 50 miles north of Atlanta, and this product is usually shipped by UPS next day delivery, or hand delivered by one of our employees. The average size is less than 1 foot in length and roughly 1" high by 3/4" wide, we like to run them in lots of ten pcs. A flatness of .006" per ft. is needed, Rc 58-62 hardness. If you feel it is possible for us to accommodate each other, please let me know, and we can discuss this further.
