Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request Hello madam or sir, I am seeking a company to perform active laser trimming services upon thin-film resistors, installed in a hybrid package, to obtain specified output voltages. Our facility, Hybrid Microelectronics Lab of Robins AFB, GA, is certified to manufacture Class H hybrids in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534. We are in the process of manufacturing 54 Class H hybrids that requires active trimming. As of right now, we do not have thin-film trimming capability. Hybrids will assemblied, wirebonded, and intital electrical tested in-house before shipping hybrids to company for active laser trimming. Active laser trimming consist of applying +15V to hybrid, and trimming three resistors until desired output voltage is achieved.
