Inquiry (采购产品): 1 1/2" schedule 10 pipe polyethlene insulation I would like to introduce Just for Show / Blueline Studios to Pacific Insulation. We have been Custom Fabricators for the Theatrical and Corporate Theatre business for many years. I am e-mailing you as the Owner of JFS/BLS. I have personally been in this business for 40 years. The main reason for this e-mail is we have just entered into an Exclusive Fabrication with 7Base Consultants and TAPOUT as an OEM to manufacture All of their Gym and Training equipment. We are currently fabricating all of the Octagon Cages and Hexagon Cages for TAPOUT Licensed products. MMA/UFC fighting is becoming more popular Worldwide then Professional Boxing. We are building 3@ additional training centers for STRIKE FORCE. We are also building a large Octagon Cage for UFC. JFS/BLS feels that we are in a position with TAPOUT that is similar to where NIKE was 25 years ago. These training facilities are being installed at all major GOLD's Gyms Nationally and we currently have several orders for Australia. I would like the Gold's Gym information kept low key. They (GOLD'S) are planning to have a Large Product launch for their Franchisees. We have been told that GOLD'S expects to have over 600 TAPOUT Training facilities within 2 years. All of the above mentioned jobs require products that your company supply. I am not sure what the best product for us is. I would like to talk to a Sales Representative ASAP. I need to know that we have a dependable Vendor for our future needs. I am currently buying from another manufacturer. The problem is the Turn Around time. Many of these projects are very time sensitive. I am looking initially for quantities of 500' to 1000'@ every 2 weeks. This quantity will increase as we get fully geared up for mass production. I am using the insulation to cover Vinyl Coated Chain Link fencing to Cage Panels (1 1/2" sched 10 Black Pipe). I am currently using a 11/2" Sched.10 black pipe. I am looking for a closed cell product. The application that I am using the foam insulation then gets covered with naugahyde. Any suggestions or help from your end would be greatly appreciated.
