Inquiry (采购产品): Strapping Update Bulletin Hello, My name is Chuck Martin. I have been in the strapping tool repair and sales for twenty-seven years. The company was established in 1982 as Strapping Tool Repair Services, Inc. or STRS. Later as we expanded our field of repairs, we took on a new name to better reflect what we do. We sell and service all brands of strapping tools. We sell new and rebuilt tools. We sell factory parts. We offer free technical advice and parts lists. We have thousands and thousands of dollars worth of obsolete parts that were purchased as businesses went out of business. I have the ability to email you an excel file that will allow you to search my inventory without even having to contact me to see if I have that hard to find part. We can send most parts breakdowns as a pdf file via the email. Over the years we have developed a nation wide network of strap distributors and tool repair companies. When I receive a request for a rebuilt strapping tool or parts that I don’t have in inventory, I send out a bulletin asking those companies on the network if anyone has what I need. We have been able to move parts and tools for people on the network that otherwise wouldn’t have had the contact. I provide this search service for my customers free of charge. If I find what they need, I give it a little markup and send it on to them. I hate receiving spam emails. That is why I am asking this question. If you want to be able to contact me so I can try to find a rebuilt tool or hard to find parts for you, all you need to do is keep my email address handy. If you want to be on the contact list when I’m looking for tools or parts, reply to this email saying please add me to the list. Then when I have a request, you will receive an email that you can either say “yes I have one of those” or delete it. I don’t share my email address book with anyone.
