Mike,I left you a voicemail last Friday 31st,regarding another botched attempt to provide me with the correct suction cups, this makes 3x's. I asked you to describe the suction cup to me once again before sending it to me,everything seemed that it would suit my needs sight unseen,if not, it would be very close. I couldn't believe it when i made a special trip back to my ofc, only to open it and find suction cups aprox 1/2" in diameter!, when I clearly needed the 2 1/8" diameter as I explained a few times. I also have an epic deadline to meet and this is holding up progress, especially if I'm going to consider your company to make a special tool for me and the time it takes.
