Creating an interior transparent & reasonably acoustic wall Inquiry (采购产品): Creating an interior transparent & reasonably acoustic wall Hi folks, I'm a retired industrial designer. I bought a condo in Delray Beach, not far from you. I have a loft in this Apartment with a sliding visual privacy screen,, But without any acoustic properties. I would like to turn this into a guest bedroom and thought perhaps 1/4'Lexan, Plexi-glas or? transparent wall might do the trick. I would require just a few 24" wide panels X 80 1/Th long. probably 8 cut to size panels The whole wall area is 202& 3/4" about 16 ft wide.. I would require some black "H" profile vinyl extrusion for panel connector/ joiners, appx ft. I will also require some 3/4 X 3/4" extruded L bar Appx 32 feet, for top and bottom stabilization either vinyl or 1/16" aluminum extrusion.... Can you help me with this little project?? or any aspect of it? I do not have access to trucking, so could you arrange delivery? What would the cost be for the essential ingredient the 8 panels.. including cutting charges? Do you feel I would achieve a reasonable acoustic barrier with Lexan or acrylic sheet, or do you have something in a clear double wall that you feel might be better? I know I ask a lot of you for this little project, but I can no longer stand the sounds of physical Ecstasy coming from my young visitors the loft,,,, at my age it only hurts. Please let me know if you can help me or steer me in the right direction?.
