Inquiry (采购产品): Applicat. system; Lubricants Dear Sir: please provide an approximate quote for an application system: a) spray type b) rollers type Some data re the press (dimensions in inches): - lubrication applied only once (upon material entering the press) - min. width = 8” - max. width = 55” - max. length of tool (press opening) = 15’ - max. cadence 12x/min - number of steps = up to 24 (max.) - material mild steel 0.7 to 2.0 mm - number of tools used/switched in the press (variety of parts) = 6 Note: Lubricant is not used with all types of parts (only pre-lube with some parts is used). Our problem – usage of several times higher quantity of a lubricant (than theoretical/optimal) Occasional problem we have is with parts (attached image “PARTS-BUSHINGS.JPG) during last step (operation) – finishing of edges on holes (on each side of the part) which are later pressed together using bushings. To fix this final lubrication would be probably possible only with a spray system?? Considered application system should be: - safe to use (low or no mist/aerosol) - simple to adjust (when changing press tools) - easy and foolproof change of nozzles (if different lubricants will be used) - to be serviceable without major problems (possibly serviceman available?) Please include in your quote (application system): - price of system - price for transportation - price for installation (hourly charges for your technician) - instruction and repair manual (included?) - quantity of lubricant used per square meter in g (spray, felt, brush) - price for felt/brush rollers in standard different length (about 5 top/bottom) Lubricants: - prices of lubricants for Dry or Near Dry stamping (NDL) (safest for workers, environment, minimum quantity (MQL) – vegetable or synthetic, low mist, non-toxic additives). Please use your educated estimate re individual system (including price variation re different parts, e.g. brush/felt rollers, different nozzles – requiring cleaning or not, etc.).
