Inquiry (采购产品): custom designed fired ceramics I need fired/fused ceramic material tubes with following features (custom design) 1. Mechanical strength: medium to high 2. Electrical: good insulator 3. Material nature: high vacuum compatible ( should not outgas or emit dirt in high vacuum) 4. Temperature range: around 1000 deg C 5. Thermal conductivity: Low Design: three types type1: Cylindrical tube with one closed end. The open end will have threading for small length(few mm) on the outer surface. Starting from the outer edge of the closed end, M3 holes(thread) after each 10mm (total 8-10 Nos), all of them lying on a straight line through out the length. Dimensions: length - 100 mm (appx), inner diameter - 5mm, outer diameter - 8mm type2: Small cylindrical tube of total length 8mm, with lower half, say upto 4mm, having M3 threads on outer surface (to fit into type1 tubes), and having inner diameter 1.2mm. Upper half outer diameter is 3mm and inner diameter 1.5mm. In the upper half the outer diameter-dimension can be slightly inaccurate (around 3mm). type3: 8mm long M3 ceramic screws Please give me the following details according to above requirements: 1.
