Griffin and Associates is a full service investigation, legal forwarding, collections firm that specializes in your late pays and old debt cases. We collect on liens and judgments and go back as far as 4 years. Our staff consists of multi-lingual collectors, investigators, and legal assistants with attorneys on retainer. We offer background checks on your employees and customers for a nominal fee. We are so confident in our system that we do not charge a collection fee until we collect on all bona fide debts. When you send us your commercial accounts, you may choose a 15% rate on all accounts that have a balance above $3300.00 and a 20% rate on accounts that have a balance under $3300.00 In addition, consumer accounts (business to person) are at a 20% rate. Your accounts are entered into our database the day they are received. We skip trace the debtor to determine if there are any assets and to locate the debtor’s current phone number. The Collection Investigator is given the file the same day and a series of demands are made to recover your money. We do free business credit bureau reporting and offer free Dun & Bradstreet Reports, Background Investigation Services, and Legal Forwarding on your collection cases. We can request assistance from the Office of the Attorney General and can jeopardize your debtor’s credit for seven years. Even if you already have an agency or an in-house collections department, we can help you by getting the job done more efficiently.
