Inquiry (采购产品): Quote request: Laser cut DXF image on acrylic Quote request: Laser cut DXF image on acrylic Project: Laser cut a DXF image onto a piece of 3’x 3’ white acrylic plastic, 1/8” thick. The image is similar to a stained glass art work and we are cutting a thin groove into the plastic where the lead of the stained glass would go. The equipment needed would be a CNC machine with a flatbed router or similar laser machine. In addition there are many holes to be cut through the acrylic which could be done with the laser or by other CNC cutting system such as waterjet. Material: 1/8”white opaque acrylic Specs: Groove width: 0.020” (0.50mm) +0.005” / -0.000” Groove depth 0.060” (1.52mm) The groove gets filled with Styrene strips anywhere from 0.015” wide to 0.030” wide.
