Schatz Bearing is in the process of bringing additional Cadmium Plating Vendors on-line for future business. We are looking at selected criteria to be met in order to drive our business needs. Vendor Requirements/Preferences Must be able to do precision plating: typical plating thickness range is .00035” to .00045” Must be able to passivate and plate 440C Steel Must be able to barrel plate Capable of plugging and/or masking then plating.
