NLI would need a quote for the equipment only as listed in “Section D – Fixed Price Pricing Schedule”. Disregard any verbiage regarding test requirements, QA requirements, safety related requirements, etc. NLI is responsible for all testing and documentation and other requirements. Again, we are needing a quote for the equipment only – NLI is responsible for all other requirements. If you cannot quote, please let me know if you can recommend a supplier or suppliers who could. If a quote is provided, please number the line items in the same order as the Section D form (Fixed Price Pricing Schedule). We will need to be able to correlate the items you quote with the list in Section D. If there are any spare parts associated with the equipment being quoted, please also provide a quote for those items.
