Inquiry (采购产品): Damaged Ladder I purchased a rolling ladder. It arrived yesterday strapped to a pallet. During assembly we discovered that the Lockstep was damaged in shipping. It was not discovered until the parts were unwrapped. I would like to get this part replaced so that this ladder can be put into service. The ladder we ordered through MSC was P/N CALFS093214G and the instructions we received had # FS093214. Is this the same ladder?
