Inquiry (采购产品): Two component fluid mixing machine I am interested in a machine that can dispense a mix of the solvent methyl ethyl ketone to our phenolic resin formulation paint called Hi-Kote 1. The machine will need to mix the two accurately in ratios varying from 1:1, and up to 4:1 accurately by volume. On our viscosity readings, our formulation Hi-Kote 1, following #2 zahn cup per ASTM standard D 4212, viscosity reading concentrate =33 +/- 3 seconds. While mixed 1:1 to methyl ethyl ketone for dilution purposes, the reading is 18 +/- 3 seconds. The machine will need to dispense at least 1 gallon per minute and hold at least 20 gallons.
