We already have Electro, as well as Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plants. Our plan is to Fluoro-polymer coat fasteners ( studs/ Bolts /Nuts /Washers & few Special Fasteners) The capacity should be initially @ 3 to 5 MT per Day. We prefer to use-PTFE/ Xylan Coating from Whitford or Metal Coating or Du-pont ,either Spray or Preferably Dip- spin method as is suitable for our products being external/Internal Threaded parts.
