Inquiry (采购产品): Assemply instructions for PIP Kit for 624-824 Ladder Hi, We purchased a step lock ladder (8 step 16"w perforated All Directional Ladder )manufactured by your company via Global Industrial. We recieved and put the ladder together based on the instructions provided and find that the ladder rolls only in one direction easily. Is this the intended final result for this ladder? I notice that photos of the ladders with all direction use have the 360 wheels in the middle of the ladder not at the other end from the steps like this is designed and instructed to be built. Was there a change in design and we just got an older less efficient model from Global Industrial? We would appreciate your help or input on this ladder design. We really need a ladder which will roll in all directions when moving around our warehouse.
