Inquiry (采购产品): Back-up UPS Dear Sirs, I have an american power conversion UPS Back--up with the follpwing information: Model: 800RT, written on front. On a sticker at the back it says: 800 I , 1200VA,, S/Nr. 910204307 , also 885-30002. As i am having problems with this unit in that it suddenly beeps, sometimes more than once, and then cut out which of course crashes my PC. It will come back on stream, PC will run up-may work for just a little while when it happens again or it may go for longer perios. I was wondering where I can get a User Manual or operating instructions for this unit so I can chase the poassible problem.
