I was inquiring if it is possible to purchase a custom designed product that would involve wet suit neoprene on the exterior padded with neoprene on the interior? I have a design in mind and first of all need to know if neoprene is available in padded form and if so what is the largest amount of padding available? I am looking for a 3"-4" thickness.
