Overall base no larger than 57"X34" 4. Turns within its own radius 5. Has Step-Lock functionality 6. Once a person reaches the top step, they can step off of the ladder and onto a platform that is at the same level as the top step (and then step back onto the ladder from the platform when they wish the get down from said platform) 7.
