Inquiry (采购产品): Top Loading Scrapbook Refill Packs Good afternoon, I have been using your products for the last five years. This morning as I was organizing my books and adding more page protectors, I went to separate a few of them and they literally ripped where the holes are; making them useless. I am not sure if I just bought a bad couple of packs but it had happened to three of the packs that I have opened so far. I have quite a few more since these are items I stock up on. I am just wondering if you have changed the way they are made or material. I always assumed these products would last years and years to preserve my photos but are worried now how long they will survive my books.
