Inquiry (采购产品): sliding scale calculation We have a contract about to expire and I am writing a spec for clean oil as well as contaminated oil removal at 14 treatment plants in NYC. The calculation I have for payment to City is price of heating oil *9%(9%) supposedly industry std for processing. Can you verify this or is there a different calculation I should put in the contract to make it beneficial to both sides.
