Inquiry (采购产品): Magnetic Pickup Tool We sold the above mentioned pickup to to our customer which we purchased from one of your distributors which is no longer in business. The tool has lost its magnetism. The customer states that it had a lifetime warranty and wants to replace it. There is a number on it which may be "13" but I am not sure.
