Inverter Duty 3hp, 3ph Motors Inquiry (采购产品): Inverter Duty 3hp, 3ph Motors Gentlemen, My company manufactures Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV) that are used for gas and oil production and subsea construction. We are designing a new model, that will use electric motors for the subsea Tether Management System (TMS). The TMS is a docking platform for the ROV and contains a winch for neutrally buoyant cable used to power the ROV. I am in need of two 460 – 480 VAC, 3 phase, 3 hp, inverter duty electric motors for proto-typing in our facility. Incidentally, you supplied motors for us several years ago on another project. Ideally, I would like these motors to be wash down safe but since I need these motors in two weeks, I can live with a basic inverter duty motor with no encoder or wash down capability. Do you have a motor solution in stock that would fit my minimum requirements. I plan to control these motors with a YASKAWA, Vector drive, Model #: CIMR – G7U42P21. The basic motor requirements are as follows. ? Motor size: 3 hp, 4 pole ? Voltage: 460-480 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz ? Inverter Duty ? Mounting: 56C face mount ? Temperature monitoring: Optional ? Encoder or Resolver: Optional Estimated motor torque requirements ? Max drum motor speed: 2354 RPM ? Max Pinch wheel speed: 2301 ? Min. line pull: 100 kg ? Drum motor torque: 6.8 Nm ? Pinch wheel motor torque: 0.85 Nm ? Motors must be capable of 4 quadrant operation Please advise at earliest opportunity, if you can supply the above motors in two weeks.
