Inquiry (采购产品): UB Society of Automotiv Eng. Dear Sir or Madam, Hello, my name is Jeff Stoessel, a mechanical engineering student at the University at Buffalo. As part of the Society of Automotive Engineers, Baja chapter, i was wondering if you had any low density foam that would be useful for the flotation of a 600lb offroad vehicle. We compete in various national competitions against other schools and this years' RIT competition requires the implementation of a flotation system. We currently run a 19hp Briggs and Straton motor and 26" tires. The plan is to install low density foam around the sides of the fram and underneath the body. Any scrap pieces that aren't useful to you anymore and that are still in relatively good condition would be perfect for the design.
