Supplying Air Traffic Control Equipments Inquiry (采购产品): Supplying Air Traffic Control Equipments Dear Sir, We are Al Andalus Company for general contracting, our main branch is in Baghdad-Iraq and other branch is in Dubai. We have awarded a new contract in International Zone, US Embassy, Baghdad, Iraq (no.: W912ER-09-C-0056, Design/construct LZ Fernandez Misc. Upgrades). As a part of this contract, we must supply and install an Air Traffic Control Equipments in the control tower. The specification of the tower and the equipments is: "The tower will be four levels high, including a prefabricated ATC Cab (Level 4). This equipment includes operator consoles, Voice Communication Control System (VCCS), VHF/AM Radio System, Recorder/Reproducer System, Clock System, UPS System, Spare Parts and Documentation for each piece of equipment, Costs for packaging and shipping. This list may not be all inclusive. The contractor shall, however, provide a complete and useable facility. The Air traffic control tower must meet UFC and Army and Air Force design criteria" Could you please send us your complete offer for supplying and installing the Air Traffic Control Equipments in the control tower including delivery period and the validity of your offer?
